T-Mobile Careers Social Series

Scroll

We had the unique opportunity of working with T-Mobile to promote employee benefits and speak to the quirky and diverse culture that makes T-Mobile “The Uncarrier”. It was important to the team that these social pieces contained the same exuberance and style that social videos are able to express. T-Mobile hired us to create these videos from concept to completion. We wrote the concepts, and scripts, and provided all the production services, and post-production.

Overall we spoke with a fresh and humorous voice, making absolutely sure that we did not take ourselves too seriously. The results speak for themselves, with several hundred thousand views for each of the spots.

T-Mobile loved our concepts so much that they ordered a second episode of each! Here’s to many more in the future!

BTS

It goes without saying that we are nothing without the hardworking individuals who compose our crew. It was a wonderful three days of filming with some incredibly talented and kind individuals who brought so much personality and creativity to the shoot.

Spill the T…-Mobile

Here at T-Mobile we’re spilling the T - On our employee benefits!

In the vain of classic quirky and upbeat workplace sketch comedy. We bring bring light to the incredible employee benefits that T-Mobile offers. Inspired by the likes of Key and Peele, SNL shorts and commercials from Old Spice and Skittles. Where the unexpected should always be expected.

The Joy of T-Mobile Benefits!

ASMR Can be triggered by positive and peaceful people. Bob Ross is an icon of pop culture and widely considered as the ‘Godfather of ASMR’. With softly spoken words and the sounds of brushing, stippling and scratching. We follow a Bob Ross lookalike as they “Paint us a picture” of how T-Mobile give their employees amazing benefits that could bring positive and fulfilling change to your life.

We Contain Multitudes

T-Mobile’s commitment to diversity encourages self-expression through equity and inclusion. Although we want to be quirky and unexpected, I feel that this is a great opportunity for some real authenticity, sentimentality and pride.

We are creating an homage to the film Everything Everywhere All At Once by showcasing four ethnically diverse characters who have a multitude of interests and passions that go beyond their race or culture. Now here’s the play on this concept - We are creating the cycling “multiverses” effect through the lens of their phones and online profiles! Each of these characters will be represented by more than their cultural backgrounds, they will celebrate their interests, goals and forms of self-expression such as fashion, sports or gender.

Shot vertically, and on an iPhone, we were unencumbered by traditional camera setups and we really had fun with it.
